Very bad experience form the lady staff present at Jan 9 , 14:00 - 15:30. We took appointment for eye test at 14:30 but the lady refused to do the test and attended other customers for recommending frames while other staff were there. After many questions we got appointment at 15:30 and she refused to give the prescription and power. But all other staff were nice. And I got good support from others on the previous time.
The customer services is very easy going that the shipping experience was feasible
