Great showroom with very helpful staff. The showroom is well planned and designed well so as to make it easy to navigate through... One of their staff... Ms.Sruthi was the one who helped us, she was very professional and helpful, did an amazing job, props to her. This place has a good variety of options to choose from at a very reasonable price as compared to other retail optical stores. with The place has good parking and easy to find in town. I used to visit lenskart show room at Thrissur and it was very happy experience. Based on that i visited Kottayam Thirunakkara show room and it was a very bitter experience. The eye testing and the staff at show room was very good. I ordered 2 glasses on 22.03.2025 with an urgent instruction for delivery, to 2 different addresses, one at Kottayam itself and 1 to Thrissur. The maximum time informed to me was 5 days. But after 10 days, One I received yesterday at Thrissur and the other one with Kottayam address so far not yet received. I got message on 27th that the item is ready for pickup. But I haven't received any call from show room team till 30th. When I called to show room, the response of staff was not at all receptive and they were trying to justify the reasons for the delay, the reason informed to me was, the staff who attended me was on leave due to medical emergency and no other staff oversee her order due to staff shortage and work load. They assured that the item will be delivered in the very next day. But even after 4 days, that is 10 days from date of order, one out of the two is still not delivered. And no one from the show room neither called for a status update nor for feedback.
