Disappointing customer service has been offered from your kanjikuzhy branch. I had bought a Titan eyewear which was promised to be scratch proof, but yet scratches were formed and on notifying your customer service, they took a picture of the scratched eyewear (26/10/24) and informed us they will contact us. But till now there has been no response from their side. This is very disappointing and disheartening behaviour to a customer.

The Kottayam branch of Titan Eye+ is centrally situated and easy to find. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The centre is rather small compared to the ones in metro cities and has somewhat less of the highest prices collection. I suppose that's the norm and it is adequately stocked. The service is excellent with regular communication. But as always it's the personnel that make the difference. They are wonderful
