Lenskart.com Flagship Store at Mavoor Road, Kozhikode

I've been a Lenskart customer for a while, but my experiences at their Mumbai stores haven't been the best, so I was hesitant to visit their Kozhikode flagship store. I was particularly interested in the Hustlr model, the Dark Knight variant, and wanted to try it on to confirm the medium size fit before ordering online. To my surprise, the experience was fantastic! The staff at the Kozhikode store were incredibly courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They patiently answered all my questions and assisted me in trying on different frames. The free eye test was also smooth and hassle-free, making the entire process comfortable. I ended up placing my order in-store, and I'm glad I did. The delivery was prompt and exactly as promised. Overall, I had a great experience at the Lenskart Kozhikode flagship store. It completely changed my perception of their in-store service. Highly recommended!

First of all apologies to Lenskart because I have been their customer for a long time and have happily purchased over 15 pairs of eye wears from multiple outlets. Been satisfied by the products as well as their service. I have visited this showroom twice. First, I visited them along with my family. But it was during a rush hour and it was understandable because all the executives were engaged. But the second visit was the worst. I saw 3 executives there. First one(a lady) was engaged with a customer. The 2nd guy was standing at the counter and the 3rd guy was sitting at the entrance with a tablet unbothered about the people at the showroom. I waited there hoping that someone would attend me but to no avail. It wasn’t even a peak hour. I have never faced such a situation in any other outlet that I have visited. Hopefully the situation changes in the near future.

Lenskart mavoor road kozhikode.. They sold me a half broken frame which for broken soon after fitting glass. But they refused to replace it arguing i don't have warranty which was not detailed to me while buying. I lost frame price and another higher amount which i paid for its Zeiss daynight blue light filter glass.. This s absurd, ridiculous and cheating... Planning to move legally..
