We recently had my father’s eye surgery done at Malabar Maxivision Eye Hospital, and we are extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The operation went smoothly, and the results have been excellent. What truly stood out was the care and support from the entire staff – from the reception to the doctors and nurses. Everyone was professional, kind, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Their attention to detail and compassionate approach really made a difference. We are very grateful for the wonderful service provided and highly recommend Malabar Maxivision Eye Hospital to anyone seeking quality eye care.

Meetings are being scheduled during open hours without ensuring at least one staff member remains at the front desk or reception. This resulted in a rush at the counter, and I had to wait until the entire queue was cleared because patients were not being attended to in the order they arrived. After this, there was another wait at the eye test counter, where no staff were present as everyone had gone to a meeting. Upon inquiry, I was told this was a management decision. If internal meetings take precedence over patient care, it’s disappointing and reflects poorly on a hospital of this standard.

Instead of addressing the issue, the hospital staff has been completely unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they continue to ignore our concerns. This level of negligence from a medical institution is unacceptable. Patients trust hospitals with their health, but Malabar Eye Hospital seems to care more about avoiding accountability than providing proper care. I strongly advise others to be cautious before choosing this hospital for treatment. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures that no other patient has to go through such a terrible experience.

My friend did cataract surgery from Malabar Eye Hospital calicut. After a detailed examination by the doctor, he was assured that the disease would be completely cured. But after the surgery , there was no change in the disease. After going to the hospital again and being examined, they said that they need to do another surgery and that the lens has slipped. He told him to do the surgery again. On the same day, he again needed surgery. But the disease did not change. No one should go to this institution. What is going on here is just business.👎👎👎👎👎

Parking issue. Parking is the biggest problem here. There are no other problems except for the lack of parking spaces.

The hospital service is very appreciatable. Staff, Doctors behaviours and treatments sincerely. Only one thing us pharmacy staff service very slow running.
