Shyam is incredible! What outstanding service. Thank you, man 🫶🏻 I took a couple of my glasses in for servicing, and he spent about 15-20 minutes, cleaned them up, and returned them looking brand new. When I asked the cost, he said they don’t charge for service. He even replaced the nose pads. Amazing. Truly top-notch customer service. Thank you, Mother Optics ✌️

I had a very disappointing experience at Mother's Opticals. The staff seemed solely focused on pushing sales rather than genuinely helping customers. I took my glasses in for repair, and not only did they damage them further, but they also refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Instead of offering a solution, they were dismissive and rude, leaving me to deal with the issue myself. I expected better service and accountability from a professional optical store, but this experience was frustrating from start to finish. Would not recommend.
