Unfortunately my experience with Tanza optical it wasn't good at all, I have a very high prescription so to save some money I have decided to buy the lenses from Tanza optical and let them fit it in my frames but unfortunately : 1. they didn't cut the lenses properly 2. they have left some space on the corners 3.the lenses was not fitted well in the frames. After I have complained about it they offered me a discount on my next purchase which wasn't acceptable to me because I have made this order from outside of India and I can't wait another 4 weeks without glasses so I bought lenses again in my country. I have asked The staff if I can speak to the area manager they mentioned they don't have one but I can speak to thier G. M (MR. M) we have made 2 times an appointment for a voice call which he missed and on our 3 appointment finally I was able to reach him then he promised me to call me back with a solution and I'm still waiting for his call since 1.9.2021.
