Well professional staff and a good doctor she is explaining things nicely and taking care of our vision related issues.

They are having token system. So first come will be served first. I felt that is a good way to do OP consultation and i am really satisfied with the service and the behaviour of the staff's.

The place gave me much comfort as a patient. That was very peacefull treatment and more satisfactory

Worst experience ever... rude staff and a doctor who refuses to keep them in check even when complained to....gives faulty lenses, refuses to replace or refund even when they are at fault....never going there ever again

Good Diagnosis and Treatment . Fix your appoitment early other wise you will have to wait more Doctor is punctual and have not much delay in attending patients

Worst experience ever...no credibility.....I gave the frame to put lense and they returned it with frame broken and glued ..I complained the same to the owner also...even the owner doctor didn't take the responsibility....they didn't replace it....the doctor may be good but the service with their opticals is the worst...blaming customers for their fault......

Worst service... Rude arrogant staff The funniest party is even after complaining the same to the head( Doctor herself) , she is supporting their arrogance and that clearly shows that all the staff are trained for giving worst service

Excellent doctor - patiently answers all queries. Very much appreciate the token system.
