Their friendly and knowledgeable approach made all the difference! The quality of the eyeglasses was outstanding, and the pricing was completely worth it. Customer service? 200 out of 100! They ensured everything was smooth from selection to purchase. To top it off, the delivery arrived even before the estimated date! With a huge collection, top-notch service, and such a dedicated and cheerful team, Lenskart has won me over. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor experience I had today at your Kundara showroom. Despite being a member with an active membership plan, I was treated with disrespect by the staff. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful, which made my visit quite unpleasant. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and service, especially considering my membership status.

Had a wonderful experience at the store . Have technician to clear the mechanical damages of spectacle . Coustomer handling by the staffs is appreciatable . Parking may find bit hard since it's a town area .

New lenskart outlet in this area It's one of the biggest in kollam Staffs were really helpful, done my eye test. Stocks were not good at the time I've visited. We can buy and get the frames or lenses delivered here. Other things like contact lenses, solutions were there. There is no option of changing lenses only as the shop is new. Parking is limited. Overall 👍🏿
