The facility is extremely neat and clean, with a spacious waiting area. Although it's a busy place with a typical wait time of 30-60 minutes, the knowledgeable staff makes it worth the wait. The entire team is courteous and welcoming, it was a very nice hospitality experience. Plus, the prime location has ample parking space opposite the facility. The added convenience of an in-house pharmacy and optometric center makes it a one-stop solution for all eye care needs. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience at Chaitanya eye hospital and I recommend both doctors Dr. Shane and Dr. Esther. All the staff, including billing, nursing were very attentive and available to answer any questions I had. The pre and post operative care were thorough. The facilities staff keep the building clean and sanitized constantly. The waiting rooms are spacious and staff constantly check in on family members while they wait. All in all, the exceptional service provided by the entire staff gave a personal touch and confidence to all of us during the entire process.

According to our experience with Chaitanya Hospital all the Staffs are extremely courteous and welcoming. If I am asked to choose a name from the staff I would happily select Mrs Ambika Menon being so professional & customer oriented. She is always so cooperative and knowledgeable person to us. Regarding the procedure done for my mother Dr Shain is an extraordinary person who does the job with a song always flowing from him which my mom found it so relaxing & soothing during the procedure time.
