Recently visited Lenskart for a specs change and had a great experience! . With a gold membership, get one free for every specs . The normal spec rate is 2000. The store has stylish and affordable eyewear options. One thing that disappointed me was that if we selected the frame today and told them the lens type, we got the specs in 4 days. It was a bad experience because other shops take hours to deliver specs. If you are in a hurry, I would not recommend it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were very reasonable and the quality of the glasses was great. I would definitely recommend Specs Shop to anyone looking for a new pair of specs!

Great Service and Quality! I recently visited Lenskart in Manjeri and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in assisting me with frame selection and getting my eye checkup done. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide variety of trendy frames and lenses to choose from. The optometrist was professional and thorough during the eye test. I received my glasses on time, and the quality is excellent. Highly recommend this store to anyone in or around Manjeri looking for good eyewear and professional service

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the sales team at this store. After spending 45 minutes selecting a frame, I requested an eye test, only to be told it couldn’t be done because the machine had been turned off—and would take 10 minutes to restart. It was embarrassing and unbelievable to hear this, especially since it was only 8:50 PM, and the store’s closing time is listed as 9:00 PM on Google. To make things worse, the frame I chose was tagged at 1700, but when it was time to pay, the price was suddenly increased to 2000 without explanation. This level of irresponsible and lazy service was disappointing, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their customer service.
