Very good hospitality.....very friendly doctors and nurses...overall good experience...their service is best in class

Very poor staff behaviour. No value for patient's time. Dont even imagine coming here with very old patients. They will make you wait for hours telling you 5 more minutes for the 100th time. Gives you very lame excuses and stupid replies thinking you are completely uneducated and unaware of the things happening around you.

Customer service is very bad, need more training for their staff or replace with good one. Most of them don't know basic behaviour with patients,

My mother-in-law came for an operation on her right eye. The attitude of the doctors and nurses was very good.
