Very disappointed with the service. I've tried calling multiple times to confirm my doctor’s appointment, but no one ever answers. The phone just keeps ringing with no response. Completely unprofessional and frustrating.

The doctor is well experienced. She knows what she is doing. I visited her more than thrice for different health issues and i was cured under her prescription. The only issue i faced while visiting her is that we have to wait hours to see her eventhough you booked your spot. The attender will say the doctor will be till 1 pm or 2 pm. But every time it will be delayed by minimum 2 hours. Every time i faced this issue.

Very good doctor. Under the treatment now. Long Que. You have to book and wait for long time. The person sitting as a receptionist or telephone operator is very rude and don't know how to behave with people. Narrow road and Parking is headache there. Also no privacy for lady patients as the receptionist and Dr allowing the next token person to sit inside the consulting room. They need to look for a better area with good parking space. Even if you call 6 am, you may get token 50 as per the operator mood. He is an idiot..!! Dr. Fees is now ₹ 300. Pharmacy is next to clinic and very expensive.

GOOD DOCTOR FOR SKIN RELATED ISSUES. FRIENDLY, GOOD COMMUNICATION, GOOD ATTITUDE, NICE PERSONALITY. I was suffering with Acne related issues in face and almost into depression then one of my friend suggested Dr.Beena and when I met her I felt like doctor is very confident in her treatment and within 6 months my acne reduced completely.God bless you Doctor . This place is the exact location of Dr. Beena Sunny. You have to make appointments by calling at 6.00 AM in the morning and they will give you the appointment number. The consultation starts from 8.00 AM to 2.00 PM. Kindly be notified that there will be heavy queue so most of the time the queue timing will be extended. The doctor is good and specialists in skin care. Long queues are a testimony of the quality of doctor., Thank you Doctor .

Excellent, and humble doctor she find out exact reason of my skin problem, I consulted an another doctor in outside of kerala and he gave me wrong medication 🙏

Doctor is good but the person sitting outside don’t know to behave properly and telling people that if u want to be here and see the doctor u stay or may leave or wait till 8 o clock when the website is telling clinic is open till 2 o clock. We were given timing appointment of 12 o clock. The receptionist needs to be changed as he is very arrogant and disrespectful to the people coming. And telling people to go somewhere else. No one is picking up call in the clinic and he have given his personal number and getting calls and telling to patients on call that he will call and then only come.
