Sreekantapuram Hospital

Situated by the main road, this hospital offers quick accessibility and decent parking. I went there for a medical, the staff related were supportive. The medical was done quickly, the lab technicians and emergency ward staff helping without wasting much time. The hospital can be kept clean a bit more. The facilities can be added and maintained more too.

One of the best hospitals in Mavelikara..Especially Dr.Ravi shankar is the best surgeon and Dr Ayyappan Pillai best orthopaedic surgeon..Ample parking space and amenities . building is bit old and faded ..Some Staffs work in the hospital are worst they dont know how to behave to patients or their relatives..Rooms are okay okay and Deluxe rooms are also available those are best..If u neglect some staffs behaviour rest things are good. Dr Ravi shankar, he is humble and kind, as far as I know he owns the hospital...

Dont under estimate the hospital by it's looks , they'll treat you well , believe me . It's besides the main road , got good parking setup. dr ravishankar( general surgeon) , he's a good man , he knows what he's doing .The buildings a bit old , faded paints , after all this the hospitals neat though, if you're admitted , u'll be under regular watch of duty nurses. What I found hard was , there were alot of mosquitoes at night and the rooms didn't have any other air source than the window . If we open the windows , mosquitoes fly in. if we don't , it'll be hot. Good things i've noticed: room service every morning, change your bed sheets if you want, clear the waste bin , clean the floors. They support echs and other insurances ( If you've got echs claim , u'll be getting food from echs which is not that tasty)

Dr Poornima is a good eye specialist and her behavior is very good. Behavior of staff in this branch is not bad. Main limitation of this hospital is inadequate space when compared to patients attending eye care section.

My experience on 18.08.2024, 10.30pm, Mainly rude behaviour of pharmacy staff and casualty department staffs. They think that they are above doctors, and not even showing the prescription when we hand it over to them.I asked them to show the prescription to take a photo...but saying that it is not in their rule.If we are not buying all the medicines the pharmacy staff copies the medicine names from original prescription to another paper and gives to buy it from outside and saying that its their rule. How can they do like that and who gives the authority to pharmacy staff to to do these...they are not doctors. If there is any rule specifically for this hospital then they should inform the customers before taking admission. We are paying fee for getting an appointment, so its our right to get the prescription from doctor. Everyone needs the prescription given by doctor only. Please try to buy medicines from outside if possible. Request to hospital management to please take care of your customers.

Worst place in the counter only one person sits they are very careless for a basic checkup they wasted an hour never coming back

I recently had a terrible experience with Dr. Mathew Chacko. Not only was he dismissive and unprofessional, but he also lacked basic human decency. His arrogance and lack of empathy is not to be accepted. I would not recommend him to anyone seeking quality medical care. A doctor who lacks kindness is not fit to practice medicine and should not be given the responsibility of caring for others. Hope his taxation is clear as he takes 75-100 patients in his residence in Thazhakara daily without the issue of any receipt and the per patient fee is Rs. 250/- It’s better he runs a business not related to treating humans as he knows clearly he is not running a charity. Never encountered with such a bad doctor.
