The collection is less but the staff is very friendly and well behaved. They are kind and know the limitations. The have a region specific kind of collections at different locations. This shop is actually small with less collections, but the collections that are available are actually good ones. There are sufficient amount of sun glasses and other kinds of eyeweares but not as much as you would get in bigger stores. The staff's friendly nature is the one that must be really appreciated.

Very bad quality product, even after paying 10K+ the product quality is very bad. Not worth for money. Worst part is that they offer 1year warranty at the time of purchase, but when the issue raised, they said now the warranty terms is updated for 6 months and my complaint has been rejected without any comment. This is very Unprofessional approach....

On 16/01/2025, Thursday, I dropped in this Lenskart.com store at Karakkamandapam. In 15 minutes, I was given a very good detailed knowledge about the uses of with and without *progressive lenses* by the optometrist *Arathy* and I was given a free complete ✅eye test done by her. All the other staff here too are very warm, humble and polite to their walk-in customers at their store. So, I recommend this Store for everyone, to please do come here, if ever you pass by on your travel in this location, b'coz I'm extremely happy 😁.
