Ahalia Foundation Eye Hospital

Very poor service Today I went here to just checkup my father eye for upgrading his glass and waited for such a long time for doctor. In Google time mentioned that opening from 8.00am onwards but the doctor came only after 9 am. Humble request to the hospital,please correct your consultation time.

There were some confusion on insurance claim procedure. But they were cooperative and overall experience was good .

I had a wonderful experience at Ahalia eye hospital, Paravur. Went there as my child had redness and pain in eyes. Consulted Dr. Vivek Pai. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. Staffs were also very courteous. My child got recovered very quickly. Thank you.

We came to the hospital for my eye we gone for the reception she told us to wait we waited for 1 hour there was no response from them . irresponsible staffs .they have to learn manners and value of time. We also seen so many receptionist and doctors this is first time in a hospital we are waiting for 1 hour.

Excellent service provided by the hospital. My wife had done cataract surgery and efficient service has been provided by the hospital.

Overall I had a great experience. I went there with my grandmother. We was approach with good hospitality and care. Everything went well .
