Good, but waiting time is very high. They could manage things better.

The treatment was very good. The prescription was to modify the lens. I got the spec one day after and I am unable to use it. When I consulted it with another doctor accidentally,I came to know that one lens only changed in it. So I returned it for Changing again. It will take one more day to correct it. I am waiting to get my clear vision. It was my first experience in this hospital.

My experience was amazing. The doctor was thoroughly professional and kind. One who assist the doctor also had the same qualities of humanity and passion. They are young, but I'm sure they will reach heights. Wonderful young ladies with positive vison. Thanks indeed young ladies for the care which you gave to me. 🙏🏻

Very bad experience from the doctor. I visited the doctor for my bedridden, 85 yr old mother. But the doctor instructed me to sit 2 meter away from the doctors table. I hope she is living in 18 th century. Never i visit this doctor again.

Visited the clinic for eye test to renew driving licence. Nice behavior of staffs and doctor as well.

Very unethical firm.. Got a bad experience from the hospital.. as I went with my 9 year old due to redness ..as he got a hit with a ball.. from the school.. he said he was on pain.. I rushed to the hospital after making a call to them.. the time was 4.55pm and the dr was present there.. she refused to give a consultation.. bcz she was about to leave.. is this the way a dr should be behaved!? The nurse over there was showing some gestures to the front office lady that not to take the admission.. its the degree to serve the needy.. if u can’t consult a patient that too a kid.. kindly choose another profession..

Dr. Vivek's demeanor made me ease to discuss and he also took his time to explain me everything about my condition and treatment which a patient expects the most from a medical team. Hospital staff were also kind behaving and organized. I would highly recommend Devi Eye Hospital, Paravoor.
