Sabitha Eye Care Hospital

I have been suffering from high myopia since childhood. I had high power so that I was not an eligible candidate for LASIK. Then I made an appoinment at Sabitha Eye Care and came to know about ICL .I had ICL surgery with Dr. Sabitha and it has been one of the best experience and quality of care i have received. From initial consultation to post op visits, Dr. Sabitha and all staff have been attentive, kind, and just phenomenal. My procedure went smoothly and effectively. I am absolutely enjoying vision and life without glasses or contact lens!!

Doctors and Nurses are the best(very patient, caring, well paced and well spoken). Can’t say the same about some reception staff though(grumpy some are, kind others are). At some point these staff has to understand that patients are here to see the doctors and not them. Wait time is bit more than most places(that includes wait time for medicines). Also parking is difficult, max two cars i guess(or 1 car and some scooters).

Doctors are good but we need to wait 1 hour or more than 1 hour to get our medicine. Only one staff is there to provide the medicine The hospital management should take necessary action to provide the medicines faster

The care and service of the nurses and doctors was excellent. One department that can't be mentioned is "Reception" Staff "They are very friendly talk. Ways to explain every thing. Thank you for your excellent and excellent service.. Keep it up.

Dr. Sabitha was one of the best eye doctor in town when she served in Govt. service. That was the case decades before. As a private hospital, this hospital is a disaster. I am giving two stars only for the expertise and reputation of Dr. Sabitha. The hospital is on it’s heights for it’s mismanagement, rude front desk, unnecessary delays and repetitive follow up to drain more and more money from you.

Well-known hospital in Pathanamthitta for eye care. In fact the best in town for a horrible experience for your eyes. Good treatment but horrible care and service. Will not recommend to enyone in my friend and family circle. Insufficient number of staff is the main reason for poor service. In fact the existing staff are not paid well and are forced to pick over load in poor working conditions.
