I purchased a pair of spectacles from this shop, and it broke within just 7 days while cleaning. Instead of offering a replacement or standing by their product, the staff asked me to pay extra charges for repair—even though I had already spent Rs. 4000. Reluctantly, I paid for the repair RS 1000, but shockingly, the spectacle broke again within just 3 days of use. This clearly reflects poor product quality and a complete lack of customer care. I feel completely cheated and strongly advise others to avoid this shop. I will not be recommending them to anyone.
