I would say the experience with the hospital was commendable and appreciable. Recently had a surgery for my mother who was treated by the laproscopic surgeon Dr. Murali. The doctor was very understanding and had explained the details which a great comfort before the procedure. I really appreciate and is always grateful towards the kind Doctor and caring staff.

I had an extremely distressing experience with Dr. Shyamala while seeking treatment for my mother today (10.05.2025). Instead of receiving the compassion and professionalism one expects from a medical professional, we were shouted at and treated in a shockingly disrespectful and unkind manner. I was there out of concern for my mother’s health, but Dr. Shyamala’s rude and aggressive behavior made an already difficult situation so much worse. There was no empathy, no patience—only arrogance and hostility. I genuinely feel ashamed calling her a doctor. Her behavior goes against everything that the medical profession stands for. Doctors are supposed to heal, listen, and support—not humiliate and intimidate. It is disgraceful and unacceptable. I feel shame on her behalf for treating patients and caregivers in this way. No one should ever have to go through such an experience while trying to get help for a loved one. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this hospital, and I hope responsible authorities take note and take action.

Experience.....When I went home for this vacation, my wife had a uterine ailment and went to Dr. Murali Krishnan in Payyanur. The doctor admitted her and admitted her to Kodoth Meenakshiamma Memorial Hospital in Payyanur.....When I went there, I had a very good experience. The staff there were all very caring. The rooms were clean and tidy, even though they were in Payyanur town, there was a very peaceful atmosphere. I stayed there for five days.. If it was a doctor, we could ask him any doubt we had, he would listen to everything we said, answer everything and make us understand. .Now the ailment has been cured and we are at home. ....I still cannot forget the care of the staff there. ....Thanks Murali Sir & Staff

It is a good hospital..good doctors....specially Shyamala madam....but reception staff is not friendly at all bad behavior☹️

My experience with the hospital was great.undoubtedly, all the drs are highly efficient. I was treated by the laproscopic surgeon Dr. Murali, seems to be one of the best in town. Very grateful to the drs for their services. Apart from the reception everything else was fine. The staffs failed to inform regarding the cost of the surgery before the surgery atleast a day prior. I personally consider that as their carelessness. Apart from that the hospital is one among the best in payyanur. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Too much waiting time for consultation. Waiting for 3 hours for token number 13. No value for patient's time.

Have to wait for hours for Dr. No value for time. Patients who want service fast don't come.
