Very disappointed with the hospitality at this hospital. I inquired about making a card payment after noticing a POS machine at the counter, but the receptionist rudely informed me that it's only for UPI. Even after multiple failed attempts to pay via UPI, the staff showed no empathy or willingness to help. When I expressed my concern, the lady at the reception reacted very rudely, saying things like “only you are having issues,” and spoke in a completely unprofessional and irritated manner. In most reputed institutions, staff at least show basic courtesy—like addressing people respectfully or simply offering a smile while speaking. I’m not expecting anyone to call me “sir,” but a polite attitude and a pleasant face make a huge difference. Unfortunately, that basic human decency was completely missing here. That said, I want to acknowledge that the doctors were friendly, approachable, and professional. Their behavior was in stark contrast to the reception staff, and it really shows how much of a difference proper education and training make. The doctors were the only positive part of an otherwise unpleasant experience.

Treatement / doctors **** Staffs **** Cleanliness within the building's **** Infrastructure ** Hospital has all services / treatments, with specialist doctors. Treatment is okay Infrastructure is very poor. A road is passing through the hospital complex. Due to covid they allow only the patient to go in, and other people have to wait outside, which is fine, but due to crowd people often have to wait o at the road side. Parking is not adequate. There is a paid parking opposite to hospital parking - Rs 30 for 2 hours

I'm very disappointed for the services which I received from this hospital three days ago.I never ever suggest this hospital for anybody.i visited emergency department there three days back in the morning with the knee injury and they have treated me without any professional dignity and there were no quality care at all. The nurse one who attended me ,she worn gloves, and touches all the areas of the department, then she did dressing to me.so she the media for the cross infection .As per infection control practice,we shouldn't touch anywhere with gloved hand. Then the other nurse ,she was unprofessional to her job and showing some jocker face to me,I was in very painful that day and one more major matter, they not even checked my vitals.so please clarify me,what is the meaning of urgent care, where, treating a patient without vitals..

Overall, it's a good hospital. Went there for my wife's pregnancy and subsequently delivery. The gynec was a good person, most of the nurses were too.. However 2 senior nurses in labor room were really bad, they were unprofessional and ignorant for the most part. They try to act like gynecologist from time to time, they make their own treatment plans and try to execute it without informing the doctor about it.. I've heard similar stories from others too.. They range from simple negligence to serious life threatening situations.. Such nurses are a liability.. They need up to date training on how to perform duties scientifically and to avoid unnecessary emotional stress to the would be mothers out there. Remember, any mishap from the hands of such unprofessional persons would make the doctors and hospital authorities answerable and you can't simply put blame on nurses at the end of the day.. Majority of unfortunate incidents happen during the absence of doctors and nurses trying to handle cases by themselves.. If they can do it, why bother consulting gynecs? Patients should also insist on gynec be present during labor.. 🙏🏻

Good doctors are available. Considerably good facilities comparing to other hospitals nearby. This hospital truly lacks "Hospital Management" Two things, 1. You may rather die peacefully at home than waiting for them to call and attend you. 2. Make sure you have enough strength to handle the head weight of certain nurses there.. I promise you, even Thanos can not handle that weight
