Luke Eye Hospital

This is a good hospital, charges for regular consultation 200rs. They have good doctors and equipments.. There is a shop to buy spectacles from premised as well.good parking space.seperate pharmacy is situated near the hospital.

Overall good Service Pharmacy Staff were efficient and cooperative. I must congratulate their humane approach and commitment to duty. Well done. Keep it up. Amazing Experience

Worst hospital i had visited ever, hospital staff's very rude and doctor thinks that she is the only one specialist doctor in this world.usually eye test for driving license cost only 150 rupees in other hospitals in perumbavoor. This traders conducted many tests and charged 850 rupees. They forced to buy spectacle's from their hospital to issue certificate and when i questioned, threatened me . nobody to go this hospital

Doctor is probably good, but don't expect a good consultation. He is too busy to talk to patient, 'Dhe marunnu pidicho odiko' style , and this is when there is no rush in hospital. If you want to tell doctor all your eye problems and get suggestions, go to some other place. TL;DR for anything straightforward like conjunctivitis, this place is fine. If you want doctor consultation or ask questions to your medical professional don't go here.

Nice hospital, and good doctors. Parking is a bit problem. The biggest challenge you face there is about the footwear, should we keep it outside or not. In the beginning I did place it outside like others, then saw staff including doctors don't follow this. So no need to keep them outside. Charges are economical, and they won't force to do anything.

Fairly good facility with good doctors and staff. But management is disappointing. There is no transparency and lacks clarity in communication about tests and treatment. Patients have to wait indefinitely while being moved from one waiting area to another, without clear instructions. Waiting areas are suffocating without adequate air conditioning. Got an opportunity to consult with Dr. Natasha Radhakrishnan, visiting physician from Amrita. She is very professional, but the Luke's team who is co-ordinating with her appeared to be rude and secretive. Did not get a comfortable feeling dealing with them.

The worst hospital I have visited till date. All the hospital staffs were very rude, especially the staffs in the refraction room. Their behavior to my daughter was very rude. Really unprofessional staffs. The office room was also closed and there were no staffs when I went to office to complain about the same. Don't visit Luke eye hospital, Perumbavoor.
