I recently visited Dr. Bhat’s Nethrajyothi for the first time and had a very positive experience. The waiting time was minimal, and the entire process, from diagnosis to consultation, was well-organized. Dr. Arvind Bhat, the ophthalmologist, explained my concerns clearly and guided me seamlessly to the optical store within the center. At the optical store, Mr. Sam provided excellent service. He was patient and thorough, taking the time to explain the various offers and lens options available. I left feeling satisfied and happy with my visit. The reason for my four-star rating ⭐️ is that, while the staff was polite and professional, they came across as somewhat “cold.” A simple warm smile 😊 could have made the experience even more enjoyable!

Brilliant place! On a short visit to India needed an eye test and glasses. From the moment l entered the hospital the atmosphere was very busy but smooth and calm. Efficiently managed place. Unlike anywhere else l found this place very well worth visiting and reasonably priced. Thanks to the staff and well done to the management 🙏🏻

My wife has got cataract surgery on both the eyes from Bhat’s eye hospital kannur. We are extremely happy with the output of eye vision after the surgery. The service of both the doctor and his staff were very professional, service minded and more over loving.

I want to leave a negative testimonial to this bunch of incompetent people. We want to highlight specifically the callous attitude of the female doctor on duty today. Such experiences are the reason why the entire medical fraternity gets into news for the wrong reasons. I came home to an ailing father in law who narrated the story of absolute neglect at the hands of the female doctor on duty today. My father in law and mother in law went for a routine check up for cataracts. The entire approach of pushing for lens replacement (cataracts) was utterly unprofessional and unpleasant. They left my father in law unattended because it was my mother in law who could fetch a good profit for the surgery. The entire experience fatigued him so much that he had to be hospitalized for exhaustion. We will not be recommending or rather returning to this facility. Extremely upset and disappointed.

One of the best eye hospital in kannur. Best doctors and good staffs.

Recently my mom went to this eye testing facility to get a new pair of spectacles. Unfortunately, the staff seemed inexperienced and incompetent, as they recorded incorrect data during the eye test. As a result, when I ordered glasses based on their prescription, they were completely wrong. When I tried to address the issue with the hospital, they were uncooperative and insisted they were right. Thankfully, the spectacle shop where I purchased the glasses was more helpful and agreed to replace them. Overall, a frustrating experience due to the incompetence of the staff and the lack of accountability from the hospital.

I have been to Nethrajyothi eye hospital for my mother and had a very good experience there. The staffs are well behaved and the facilities they have provided us are very good. I recommend Nethrajyothi Hospital for those who need it... 🥰
