Very inefficient staff and torrid experience. Even after the insurance is passed and the proper advance is paid, they keep delaying the discharge process by over 3 hours. Cataract surgery is a breeze in every other hospital in Trivandrum. Not recommended at all. The insurance desk is a mockery

Ulloor Ahalia very pathetic , No patient service not professional staff . is this the way they deal with patients ? Staff is engaged in phone calls and writing hospital records with such contempt.Is she really a staff nurse or hospital MD.Is Authority paying attention to all this ?

I completed my cataract surgery in ahalia hospital. The service I received were excellent and all the staffs behaved very well especially the administration staffs.i did surgery through insurance and I was very satisfied with the services. The administration staffs Akshara and sneha helped us very well. We strongly recommend this hospital.

Had a very very bad experience from Ahalia .yesterday I came suddenly because of eye irritation even then I got very cheap care . Wait for a long time.The staff named Deepa did eye wash preparation without hand washing and without wearing gloves very unsterile technique. Also they bend needle with their hands. I became irritated at night and went to nearby hospital as an emergency and iam currently undergoing treatment there for conjunctivitis.staff behaviour Very rude approach to patients care one lady in the nursing room she don’t cares anything simply calling with phone there is no patient care from there side.very bad approach not treating patients feel that the lady are providing some free service.there is no other staff at the time.the lady staff behaviour not professional and not valuing patients.no proper orientation. Very very poor and cheap service from the staff and Irresponsible staff treating patients like beggars. Doctor service is ok. The staff is not bothered about patient care I urge the management to address this issue from that staff .

Very bad experience! Horrible experience from the optometrist and dr. Srixx. I went there for my eye checkup along with license eye test certification, for the sake of the certificate they checked my refractory power so quickly, instead of actually checking my power, and gave it for a papers sake, horrible experience. Came for the routine eye check up but they thought I was there for the sake of the certificate. Very poor service.. They didn't even use cycloplegics for dilatation ( which gives a more accurate result) instead just wanted to brush me off. Lazy optometrists. Last time when I went for a routine check up, it was Dr. Jacob and he were quite honest in what he does. And the optometrist weren't lazy these bunch.

Very good interms of service provided.Doctors and staffs were really patient in explaining all pros and cons of the procedure whichwas needed.The infrastructure is excellent.

My mother have done cataract surgery in this hospital. Staffs and doctors was very good. I truly reccomend this hospital for cataract surgery.

This is a eye care only hospital near Ulloor Though the hospital is small, the care and attitude of staff is good. The doctors there are also patient enough to listen and gives good treatment. Overall the charges are also reasonable. Dr Chandramouli who practises here is a very good ophthalmologist and a caring person who will answer all your questions patiently and makes you at ease. I have visited here for minor ailments and surgeries. You need to keep your footwear outside the hospital which is a bit of an inconvenience. Dr Aiswarya is also good and very kind hearted doctor who listens patiently.
