Wait time extremely long even after taking appointment. Took 5 hours even after having a 9 am appointment. I had to come again another day and wait again since the staff forgot to send me for further evaluation before dilating.Facilities are good. Air conditioned.

I recently visited Chaithanya and I must say their management is truly impressive. Everything was well organised and the staff was incredibly efficient, especially Ms. Sreekala. She made sure I won’t face any sort of difficulties.

Very good in terms of service provided , Dr.Sreelekha was really patient in explaining all the pros and cons of the procedure which was needed . The infrastructure is excellent. But one huge draw back is the waiting time , it's ridiculous that we have to waste more than 3 hrs just waiting for our turn , hope the management take necessary steps to correct that or else people won't choose to come back again. Also the charges are a bit higher than other eye hospitals in the city
