Both the cataract surgeries at Dr Agarwal 's Eye Clinic were literally eye openers to my husband, KGBhaskaran Pillai for whom a world of light was thrown open ( in his own words ) With a surprisingly clean ambience, very dedicated , friendly and well-behaved staff members, the clinic experience was truly amazing. Dr Jay Mathew who performed the surgeries with his kind, friendly, at the same time professional approach was indeed the highlight of it all . We would love to thank the counsellors Asifa and Saranya for their commitment and dedication. The other members of the staff also deserve a huge thanks for their support and service. One suggestion that I have to offer is that if a chart with the timings for the administration of the various eyedrops is prepared and distributed to the cataract surgery patients, it would be extremely helpful... The facility was clean, well-organized, and equipped with the latest technology, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I was receiving. A very good eye care clinic in Thiruvananthapuram with specialised doctors and well experienced nurses. If you care about your eyes. This place will help you. I have visited here several times for me & my family , every time ,we visited here, the staff were welcoming , greets us with a smile & very much polite behaviour! Especially the facilities were very clean and well-maintained. The doctor was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly The optometrist Ms Reshma Anand was so helpful for me ,i had a query about contact lens , was facing a problem , she understood my issue , heard me well , what i faced and politely gave me solutions too and i see within no time she quickly solved it , I was highly impressed with the level of care and professionalism exhibited by her!! Just loved the hospitality services. They have a optical section, pharmacy and other centres which are essential for the treatment. The hospital is situated on the first floor of the building.They have a snack shop just outside the hospital too Parking space available!! Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital eye clinic, if anyone is in need!!

On Saturday, June 15, 2024, we visited Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital in Vellayambalam and had a great experience. The cooperative staff, experienced doctors, and advanced equipment ensured a smooth and efficient visit. The staff's behavior was very nice, making us feel comfortable and well-cared for. We took advantage of their special "Back to School" and "Father's Day" offers, which added value to our visit. Both my son and I received excellent care and clear guidance for our eye health. Overall, we highly recommend Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital for its professionalism and patient-centric approach.

Very Pathetic Service – Highly Disappointed Extremely poor service experience. The team behaves as if they are offering free services, but in reality, the charges are on the higher side. Each member displayed an unprofessional attitude throughout the interaction. There’s a serious lack of customer focus and basic courtesy. Definitely not recommended.
