Behaviour of staff named shafeek was pathetic not even concerned about the order which was delivered here, he insisted that it is not here , wasn't even listening what I was saying, disrespect , seeked help from another staff and the product was found to be here itself , employ some one who is polite and respectful to customers

(Update at the end) They have a great collection of frames, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, parking can be challenging during peak hours. You might find a spot on the service road, although it could be a bit distant. Like any other Lenskart shop, they offer the convenience of checking the online store and placing orders. Kids glasses are available as well. UPDATE: While the initial purchase experience was positive, my request for a replacement was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. The staff member's lack of empathy and pressure to accept the faulty glasses were disappointing. On January 6th, 2024, I purchased 4 glasses, cleaning liquid, and eye drops, totaling over 5,000 rupees. The staff who assisted me was friendly and courteous. I received the glasses on January 9th. Unfortunately, I developed severe headaches when wearing one of the glasses. Concerned, I requested a replacement for that specific glass on January 18th (after a week) and visited the store for the exchange on January 20th. The staff member who handled my request was not welcoming. He did test the glasses for power variations, but the cause of my headaches remained unclear as there weren't any variation. Despite my explanation of the discomfort, he seemed more inclined to simply return the faulty glasses to me and suggest I try them again for another week and submit for return through the app. This approach was unacceptable, as I didn't want to risk further headaches. I firmly insisted on a replacement, and after some reluctance, the staff member finally agreed.

Visited the showroom twice. On the first visit I reached the showroom at 8.50pm and the sales person informed that its closing time and recommended to visit at a different time tomorrow which I totally agreed as I would like to select the appropriate frame without any rushing. Visited the showroom again after 2 days and this time no one bothered to help choose pick me the specs of the correct size. Totally disappointed with the cold behavior of the staffs.
