Brought a frame from one of their store in Pattom. They haven’t got a selections for frames same like their other stores. Then I took one frame from there. Within 2 weeks that frame started to having some sort of cracking sound. Then I recently visited this store. They have tightened the leg of the frame and it was like same happening. Then I got an option to exchange it. Bought a frame from here. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Pavithra
