I purchased specs under a "Buy One Get One Free" offer, but the quality was very disappointing. The legs of the specs got damaged within just a few months, even though I don't wear them frequently. Very poor build quality — definitely not worth it, even with the offer. Would not recommend.

The quality of the product is very poor 🙁 do not get in the trap of subscription offers and buy 2 for price of one. The 👓 handle which got damaged is not even considered for proper service.🤦🤦

I bought glasses from this shop nearly two months back, kept within their case, When I opened saw leg broken. I contacted customer service and shop, no relevant reply from both. Bad quality product with my experience . Very disappointing attitude by the shop as well as customer care service.

Went to buy frame at the store with prescription from eye hospital. The staff here was more keen about explaining the offers available and repeating the eye test rather than showing the available frames, too much of haste in processing the order than helping the customer take something which really suits the person, visited the store for the first time and my experience was disappointing. Do not recommend the place.
