This is the worst Lenskart store I have visited. The staff seemed inexperienced. There was no queue, yet they asked me to wait for 10-15 minutes. After just five minutes, without conducting the letter reading test to identify my prescription, they suggested I needed a power lens. When I insisted, they told me to wait for another 10 minutes. As a Gold member, I’ve always trusted Lenskart, but this store gave me a very disappointing experience. So, I came back immediately from there. Thank you lenskart to showing this side also
