Very bad customer service via phone call to check the order status. The IVR says it is conneting to the store but the call gets automatically disconnected after 2 rings. Is this how a company like Lenskart work?? There are 2 numbers shown in google when I check the phone number of the store at Lulu Trivandrum, one of the number is switched off and the other one has the issue as explained above. Try to update a proper number so that customer does not face any issues while connecting the store

I recently had a very disappointing experience with a male sales staff member at this outlet. Unfortunately, they were extremely rude and dismissive, refusing to listen to our concerns. Their unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on the brand and is not representative of the quality service I expect from this brand

I came to buy glasses, so I was told about the offer of lencekart. I bought 2 glasses, had my eyes tested, checked the correct power, and the 2 frames were fine. The staff (aparna) who attended me was very polite.

This is the third time I have been to Lenakart Lulu Mall Trivandrum. Each shopping experience has been absolutely satisfactory. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They offer suggestions readily and are patient with questions. Products are reasonably priced, of excellent quality and released on time. A+++ rating from me.

They consistently fail to adhere to their promised delivery timelines, which is both disappointing and unprofessional. Waiting for my spectacles has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Such delays, coupled with a lack of accountability, reflect poorly on their reliability. This level of service is nothing short of ridiculous and utterly pathetic.

Amazing experience with great staff . My specs was almost broke and had no expectations of repairing it but the team clarified it in no time 💓

Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved their service. Getting a membership here is really helpful. And if you buy anything costing more than 5K, membership is free of cost. So if you buy one, you get the other one free (you pay the higher price). I personally thought they were lacking in collection? But that's just my opinion. Overall nice experience. And I personally have been their customer for years now.
