Lenskart.com Flagship Store at MG Road, Trivandrum

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When visited the store, many staff members were simply standing around doing nothing. However, none of them came forward to assist me in any way. They only approached me when I called them, and their attitude was as if they didn’t care whether made a purchase or not. It was a very disappointing experience at the store. If this branch continues to operate with such staff, it will be impossible for them to run the business successfully.

Terrible experience extremely disappointed with lenskart 😡The quality of this one is not good and frame covering is peeled off and literally it is showing the specs which is cheaper for higher value, my experience with worse and I even lost my 2000 rupees 😤those experience has been frustrating and disappointing I used to trust this brand but their quality has gone downhill significantly. I have purchased this product 9 months ago from "LENSKART MG ROAD TRIVANDRUM" it been defective with in 5-6 months of minimal use the quality of frames is like some cheap plastic day by day it's only getting worse ❌ I regret my purchase 👎🏻

I recently had a fantastic experience at the Lenskart store while purchasing my first pair of frames. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great variety of options. Tony, one of the team members, provided exceptional assistance—he skipped his lunch to help me, showing incredible dedication. As it was my first time, I took over two hours consulting my family via video calls, but Tony remained patient and polite throughout. I also noticed that the entire team worked seamlessly and maintained a professional and welcoming environment, which made the experience even better. The frame quality is excellent, and I’m delighted with my purchase. My only tiny disappointment was not receiving the lens cleanser spray mentioned on the website—I guess my sparkling clean glasses moment will have to wait! Overall, a big thanks to Tony and the entire Lenskart team for their outstanding service. Highly recommended!

MG Road showroom used to be the best store in Trivandrum, but not anymore. The service and the collection, both were equally bad. Tho the staffs were free, they did not approach or help us. The collection of shades also was very poor, they did not have variety of collections.

Lenskart MG road showroom was pretty awesome and had good collections. Staff members were also very kind and supportive.. Especially shanu..

Excellent customer service. Optometrist Jithin was excellent and an expert.iNot much frame selection...you need to really improve on this.. Digital support system is super. i live in the US and I am amazed by the quality of work and business strategies of lenskart.
