Precise Speciality Eye Care

I visited Precise Eye Hospital today for an eye test and had a generally positive experience. The staff were cooperative and provided individual attention and care. Dr. Aswathy Unnithan was friendly and approachable, making me feel comfortable during the examination. However, one drawback was the location of the consultation and procedure rooms on the 2nd to 6th floors. Even with a lift, it was a bit of a strain for patients, especially those with mobility issues. The hospital's surroundings were clean and hygienic, and the location is easily accessible, being within walking distance from the PMG bus stop. Overall, the hospital's staff and facilities were good, but the floor layout could be improved for better patient convenience. Despite this, I would still recommend Precise Eye Hospital for quality eye care.

Many thanks to the Precise team! My parents have undergone cataract surgery at the Precise Speciality Eye Care. The services offered, right from the security to the front desk, procedure room, Insurance desk, pharmacy and the doctors and 'precisely' the nursing staff, have been impeccable and worth mentioning. Everyone has done great work in administering excellent care and clarity, making us feel comfortable and worry-free. The premise is clean and looks refreshing. We'd like to emphasise the services done by the nursing staff, as they have been truly exceptional. Our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team once again for the warm and pleasant experience provided throughout. We wish you the very best.

Excellent experience. Can’t appreciate enough about how organised the Staff and the whole process of treatment is. My mom had a laser cataract removal today . From the moment we entered to the moment we got discharged everything was taken care of so well that we can’t thank them enough .All staff from the front desk, pharmacy,nurses ,cleaners, assistants,doctors were so good and empathetic. Highly recommend.

I visited Precise Eye Hospital today with my father for an eye consultation. Dr. Ashok Natraj was very professional and explained all the procedures in detail, making us feel comfortable and well-informed. The hospital provides excellent service, and the staff is courteous and efficient. Overall, a great experience! Keep up the good work.

Over all the service was good...Sophia madam was very helpful. Further, Dr.Navrosh was patient friendly. Sabeena madam was also helpful. Still, there are areas to be focused on:- 01. Every system has different department. Eventhough, there will be a chain of command to organise the whole thing for streamlining the services. While the patient exit from help desk after consultation, one medical officer should be there to verify whether patient has gone through all the steps prescribed and has to ensure that patient has taken medicine from the Pharmacy or not. 02. It seems Front office desk does not give much attention when patient exit from 1st floor or second floor. Atleast one Medically knowledgeable person should be there to streamline the procedure. 03. Afterall, the service was good...and I I am waiting for my father's better sight improvement after cataract surgery. Regards

Excellent service received from an eye hospital in Karunagapally, india. The services I received for my husband were beyond expectations. Doctor Vishnu Mohan, nurses and staffs, all are experienced professionals, humble, kind and courteous in their approach. Amazing experience, once again special kudos to their hospitality.
