Horrible experience just a day back. I have been using Titan Eyeplus for years now, not only Trivandrum but many states. And my affinity towards Titan Eyeplus was because its a Tata company, its Indian and it had good collection and service. But two days back I went there to get a new spec frame for my son because the one that he was using broke. Since the lens was intact, we thought we'd get a suitable frame for the lens and that will solve the issue. But there was no much choice or collection. With the help of the staff at Titan Eyeplus we could get just two frames which would suite the lens. And we finally selected one. We paid up for the frame and they said by tomorrow the specs would be ready to collect. In the evening the very same day they called up to inform that the selected frame broke during fixing, so they have put the lense in another frame. The difference is just 420 rs. I asked them to send me pics of the new frame and they did. Which we didn't like so I said pls return the lens and refund us back as we are not happy with the frame. Immediately they said pls choose any other frame and the lens they will give free of charge. Now, why would Titan Eyeplus give me a lens bluecoated free? I asked why a new lense? Just return the one that we gave originally. Then they said since the lens was slightly bigger than the frame they made it small to fit the frame. In the first place when we zoomed into the two frames, we were told that the lense would fit in perfect. If we went in for any other frame there will be gaps on the sides. There was no question of making the lense small and neither did they take the approval for that. So basically they did what pleased them - made the lense small, and put it in a frame that we didn't want and charged us for their mistake. Since we had no other option Immediately as we needed the specs, we had to accept whatever they did. I don't think with this horrible experience I'd again walk into any Titan Eyeplus in Trivandrum.

I had a great experience with MG road showroom than Pattom. Optometrist Karthika had well known knowledge about most of the brands.Such a great deal. Overall service is good. I had purchased 2 spectacles within short period of time.
