Not a huge Shop but there are good collections of frames and sunglasses. I give 5 star ration for their costomer service. The sales staff knows our needs and act accordingly. They value costomer satisfaction. Staff guides to select perfect product and saves our money too. Overall I recommend this shop with 10 stars.

Very professional and customer friendly. The transition CRIZAL bifocal lens I bought 5 years ago from George's has remained scratch less and perfect proving genuine quality (I've had pretty bad experience with some other opticians in the past). In spite of the broken hinge of the designer D&G frame (fixed for just ₹50) and my power having gone up, there was no push to go in for new lens or frame. When I enquired about progressive lenses (more cost, more business turnover) I was advised to stay with bifocals if I've been using it for long (takes time to get used to progressive). The optometrist prescribes the power based on what you say is most clear and comfortable during the eye test, so reviews saying they just increase power to make you buy new glasses is not factual but sheer ignorance. In fact, my distant vision power had gone up from +2.50 to +3.25 diopters, yet they told me to continue with my old glasses (after fixing the frame hinge) and only change when uncomfortable with distant vision. I would rate George's 5-star for their customer service, quality and professionalism. They are not there to fleece you for business, but provide genuine and quality eye care.

The worst customer experience you can think off, misleading customer by providing inaccurate details about the offers. The Crizal lense has an on going offer of 799 on the second lense with same prescription, according to the owner, one need to buy frame aswell to avail this offer, which is incorrect. Secondly, absolutely apathetic towards the customer, I was visiting to purchase only the lense for my newly procured frames, as per him, in case frame is getting damaged during the course, they will take no responsibility, I have never heard such thing before. Last, we are living in a world were shop keepers accepting cards or UPI for even 50Rs, this guy wanted cash for my 300rs eye test, saying he need to pay the same to doctor in cash, sounds silly. Sir, I just wanted to let you know, I have placed order for the same lense with 10% less amount than you offered and with no excuses like you mentioned, and they going to home deliver. Thank you sir, no more George vision, glad you helped me to make that decision.

They are not good any more. Too much charging of lenses and frames. In fact they gave me escillor brand which they charged a lot. I really doubt if it is original as it got lot of scratches on it. I would recommend lenskart as the best option as you get 2 glasses and frames of high quality for the one least quality item you purchase from GEorge vision. I even got a high quality eye test done for free at lenskart

One of the worst place to shop for lenses. Ruff handling of the glasses by making it scratch all over. Improper customer care for sure. Finally they can’t even deliver the glasses on the due date.

George Vision Care is one of the best opticals in Trichur town located near Luciya Palace. Dealing with Branded sun glasses, contact lenses, and also good selection of optical glasses and frames with moderate rates. Doctors services are available in the shop. Staff services are very decent and polite with customers. Large varieties of frames for selection. Quick delivery. Best shop for the last 25 years and I like it.

Always an excellent experience shopping with them - the staff and owners are courteous and helpful. They even arrange for a courier if you live outside of thrissur like I do.
