MAcare Diagnostics and polyclinic Thrissur

I recently visited MAcare Diagnostics and Polyclinic in Thrissur for a set of lab tests, and I must say the experience was truly commendable. The environment was clean, organized, and calm - exactly what you hope for in a diagnostic center. The staff took their time to explain each step, ensuring I was at ease throughout. The patient counsellor was extremely helpful and supportive. The reports were delivered on time, and the overall service was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend MAcare Diagnostics to anyone looking for quality diagnostic services with a human touch.

Wonderful experience from Thrissur MaCare Really as like name Ma(mother) they gave us a mother touch love and care Expecially Anitha Mdm Tessa Aneesha And all other staff . Very low rate 2950 for full body check-up. Very clean and new gen look in all floor . I visited today with my wife to do a full body check-up. Yesterday we visited other some labs but they don't have a pleasant atmosphere. All are youg pleasant experienced Staff. It was like a hone for us . Thank you Manappuram sir .Thrissur is blessed with such centers. Only a suggestion that Google review scan image is not posted anywhere. So please stick the image to scan .

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the doctors take time to listen and explain things clearly. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and their lab and diagnostic services are accurate and fast. It’s a convenient and reliable place for anyone looking for quality medical care.

They were very calm, patiently answered my trivial questions without hesitation and made it a point to explain every course of treatment that I was undergoing. The support staff deserves a mention.Especially special care & support from Anitha from my first day vist ( 2017) They were equally supportive in making my hospital visit as comfortable as possible. I recently visited Macare Clinic in Thrissur for a full body checkup, and I’m really impressed with their service. The staffs especially Devika and Tessa were extremely helpful and efficient – they managed all my tests and doctor consultations seamlessly, without any unnecessary waiting. The entire process was smooth and well-organized. Highly recommend Macare for anyone looking for quality healthcare with excellent patient support.

We went there for a routine check-up. Staff are well mannered, ushered us throughout the process. This place is equipped with modern technologies, which enabled the results to be delivered promptly.

I am not all satisfied and Worst clinic I had ever experienced. Echo and ECG tests was very much untrue and also not credible. Mr. Premlal's treatment was very poor and he is never considering patients gently. And another Dental Doctor was not communicating the price for cleaning and correcting of tooth infection and thus billed higher amount than expected. I was doing tests here, but no more.Not recommended.

I used to go there very often, but recently I faced very unprofessional experience from their side. They used to send test reports directly through WhatsApp. Actually these days most laboratories send reports like that. And last two times I never received reports like that. The first time when they missed to send me report, I checked with them and they were saying like they have already sent it, maybe I haven't received due to some technical glitch. And when this happened the second time, I again called them for enquiry. This time the agent was super rude and unprofessional saying that they will only send reports if we asked separately, which is not true from my past experiences. I think once they got a huge customer base, they forgot how to stay professional and stay in business. I'll never go to this laboratory again for any tests. Update: They contacted me and apologized for their staff's rude behaviour. I appreciate their quick response and follow up on this issue. Hence I'm updating the rating.
