Varam Eye Clinic

I'm in varam eye care hospital now it's 12 .15 pm( already take token at 10 am), they says doctor is on the way, long waiting time , they're not informed that, if you like waiting long you must visit here 🙂🙂🙂

Absolute disregard for people's time. Looks like I am not the only one. The appointment system is flawed. The doctor seems to be a good one. They need to address the appointment system immediately. 2+ hours of waiting for the patient and bystander is not on. Even if the service is free. Would have rated 1 star. The additional star is for the good doctor

Apart from the waiting hrs everything is great. Dr Vijil is a very good Dr who listens to ur problems , a perfect gentle man. If u want to consult this dr just have ample time with you and patience to wait for minimum one hr

doctor is very good and location also too good, but the problem for selecting eye glass. In my experience i have purchased crizel blue ray protection top range glass and they have promised for one year warranty for any scratch or anything warranty card itself written for scratch protection after 3 months my glass has scratched cant see from direct light have to raise your hand to the sunlight then only visible. i have send back to them for replacing they did not given the same glass they have given one normal glass not recommend to choose glass from them

Waiting hour is too much and the receptionist attitude is like we gone free consultation and no priority for kids and elders very worst attitude staff more than this what you need I will not suggest here cause of this

Doctor is very good. The very bad experience from the front desk laddy. She doesn't know how to behave. I Wonder how she survived such long time. Share your experience.
