I had developed Eye Infection during my train journey from my hometown Bangalore and visited this hospital in Varkala... Doctor Jose K George was extremely understanding as I was very concerned with the severity of the infection. Prescribed medicine and oral care explained by doctor helped me recover in a day.... My experience at Devi Eye Hospital yesterday 9th March 2023, was pleasant and cordial indeed. The guy at the reception was very polite and customer friendly. Presumably, they are fully aware of customer care and satisfaction. I visited there for eye/physical certification with regard to the renewal of my driver's licence. The lady doctor was quite friendly and polite.

Amazing Service and Professional Service. They were very prompt in their service on a Saturday. Immediate replacement of a high power lens within 30 minutes. They also gave the higher quality lens at the original price. Great Experience, 10/10 recommend.

This place is such a lifesaver! I'd lost my spectacles and I have a fairly high power (~10). Found this place on Google, spoke to them over the phone and they assured me spectacles in 30 mins. It was nothing short of a miracle but they delivered on their promise. Got a great frame and brand new lenses inside 30 minutes!!! I really cannot recommend them enough. Thanks a lot!

I want to thank the staff of the optics, who quickly and highly qualifiedly carried out diagnostics, selected a modern frame from a very large assortment and quickly made me new spectical with lenses that meet all new requirements and achievements in field optic. I am happy to recommend this optics especially for guests from Europe, since the prices are comparable nicely and good.

Highly recommendable! THE place to get your glasses done, due to their highly professional, friendly and helpful staff, their modern equipment which enables them to do precise eye measurements and a fast service. They even developed their own product, which is not only cheaper but is most competitive with glasses from Kodak or Zeiss! In all those years we are coming to South India (from Germany) we exclusively had our glasses and sunglasses done here for the whole family and friends! Exceptionally a very good bargain especially for all foreigners who wear glasses and need new ones! In Varkala branch (Maithan area/town center) ask for Mrs. Sajitha, who speaks very good English. Amazing service .. I lost my spects at the beach. Searched for nearby optician and got to know about this shop. In the review one lady who also lost her spects had appreciated service. Reading that I went to them. A very professional service. Got my spects done in 30 min and very good and cost effective product. Needless to mention owner was kind enough to give Rs.50 discount on top of speedy services. Got to know that they have their own labs where they could make lenses making quick service possible. Very nice experience.
