Ahalia Eye Hospital

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the consultation. It appears that the doctors may lack adequate practical experience, possibly due to graduated from private medical colleges. I kindly request you to appointment good experienced doctors who have completed at least their post-graduation from reputable government medical colleges or have held professorial positions, with a strong academic track record.

I recently visited and it was disappointed with the wait time and lack of communication. I had to wait for around 2 - 3 hours to consult with a doctor, and during this time, there was no response or updates from the staff. This lack of organization and communication made the experience quite frustrating. I hope they can improve their service and management to provide a better experience for future patients.

Good experience. Staffs were professional. Highly recommended.

Disgusting hours of just sitting and no one else I don't understand why at least two hours of just sitting

I recently visited your eye hospital and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. I had to wait for around two hours before being attended to, which is far longer than I anticipated. This delay caused significant inconvenience, and I hope you can address the issue to improve service efficiency for future patients.

I enquired about contact lenses and specifically told the power required..they asked me to come and when I went there , told me that the lens won't be available..It was a waste of time for me
