Do not order from this store. Very bad experience. I visited store with my father for his eye checkup and to order new glasses. Staff at the store denied for eye test. She asked us to get it done from outside. She had zero knowledge related to eye checkup as well. Never visiting this store.

Staff has friendly behaviour and explain all type of details very well. One thing I don't like is that the store has very limited space. If there are more than 3 customer, it feel congested.

Pathetic customer service. They prioritize their comfort more than the problem's resolution. They just play blame games with the customer and are very unskilled. I highly recommend ordering anything online, and avoiding the store as much as possible.
