Lenskart.com at Kohefiza, Bhopal

No one was at Reception desk. Everyone was busy in selling things. No Body seems bother about customers waiting for product delivery. Beside this no carry bag was provided even my purchase bill good enough and of 3 orders

Poor service!! I have brought power lens from here they placed that order for me. Which cost me rupees 4200 n I was suppose to get free lens cleaner which the person cancelled in front of me. The company is very good. The service of the company is also very good. But the employees of the store located in Kohe Fiza are very rude. They do not have any manners of talking. They talk about working against the company and behave rudely with the customers, especially the manager there, Prince Vishwakarma.
