All the patient treated like a burden on staff they always wish to have only few patients some staff members don't know how to talk or treat patients and their attender properly today was my worst experience. A person sitting on main counter as staff talks like a gangster (like high tone aggressive behaviour etc . Please improve your way of talking its not your home and patient or attender is not your slave or anyone whom you try to scold I personally request you to please don't talk or treat anyone in future). Hospital staff must be polite and good towards patient and attender either its a govt , pvt, or charitable hospital. Charity must be done in good faith not like a beneficence. I hope next time i would see some changes. I always promoted this hospital and my first suggestions is also the same but today onwards I will try not to promote and suggest to anyone. Thank you

Attender is not allowed with the patient, this is the pathetic rule. Old age people, ladies require attender and despite no Covid cases in the area as well as city still they haven't updated this rule. Hospital is big and well maintained but they always make run the patients here and there like government hospital. This must not happen.
