We got our surgery by Dr anish garg. He is very good surgeon and very talented. He listens to patient very politely. Staff is very supportive. All good. Highly suggested to any1 looking for knee replacement

All the facilities of the hospital are good but the woman sitting at the reception either considers herself the owner of the hospital or considers herself a doctor Patients who come to see Gajendra Gadkar ji. And when they go to the reception to get their prescription made or talk about any of their problems, she talks to them in a very bad manner. This staff should be changed by the management team due to which the name of the hospital or the doctor sahab is getting spoiled.

Today I went to Global Hospital to show the report of my patient. There when I talked to the girl sitting at the reception about showing the report, the way she was talking, it seemed to me that when these people talk like this to the doctor when he comes in formal uniform, then how would they talk to the patients sitting there My request to Gadkar ji is that such staff should be changed due to which your and the hospital's image is getting spoiled. Had my father's total knee replacement surgery done by Dr. Anish Garg Sir. Must say the hospital and the doctor offers excellent pre and operative care keeping in mind the individual needs of each patient and that too at an affordable cost.

Dr Sunil Gadkar is good but overall hospital is not good for serious cases. You have to repeat same thing multiple times to get it done. They keep telling you that patient will be discharged tomorrow but tomorrow can take weeks. Food isnt upto the mark and if patient needs protein rich food hospital will say arrange yourself

I am giving 2 stars for the receptionist Neetu and reception staff. My father consulted Dr Sunil for chest pain. He did few tests and prescribed the medicine but they did not provide the bill for that. I went there again to get the bill. She made multiple excuses that system software is not working, staff is not there. She asked me come next day. I went there again to get the bill. She made same excuses again that software is not working even though we called them first if we can get the bill before go to the hospital. Firstly they should have provided the bill and secondly the receptionist should be concerned about patients. They do not care about patient time. They think of you as a fool and make you go here and there and even do not listen to you.

The hospital is good and having good facilities but needs to improve on the cleanliness especially patients bed @ emergency section. I would suggest the hospital to Use disposable paper rolls and place new sheets for each patient, Hope this will be implemented soon.
