I’ve been visiting Sankara Eye Hospital for consultations since 2021, and my experience has been nothing short of incredible. The hospital maintains impeccably clean facilities, is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and, most importantly, has a team of highly professional and compassionate staff. Every visit has been smooth, with the staff taking the time to address all my questions patiently and ensuring I feel comfortable throughout the process. Their commitment to quality care and devotion to patient improvement is what truly sets them apart!

Worst worst worst experience I've ever had at any hospital. I visited this hospital on 07 May 2025 for a checkup. I reached at 12:00 PM, taking a half-day leave from my office just to get this done. Initially, everything seemed fine—Rahul, one of the employees, was genuinely helpful and polite. He was the only positive part of my visit. But things went downhill quickly when I had to deal with the receptionist and the counselor. Their behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. After my checkup, the doctor recommended surgery and sent me to a counselor for further information and guidance. I was directed to Room No. 18, where a black-skinned lady counselor was sitting. I waited patiently for my turn, and when I finally entered with her permission, she was on a phone call and suddenly told me rudely to wait outside because she was going for lunch. I ended up waiting for over an hour, and when she finally came back, she didn’t attend to the patients. Instead, she seemed to be doing her own personal work—I have no idea what exactly she was doing, but it was definitely not related to patients. I kept waiting, confused and frustrated. This entire process wasted my time from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM, just for a simple consultation. Is that really worth it? I don’t think so. I don’t have any personal grudge against the hospital itself, but the unprofessional and careless behavior of the staff is ruining its reputation. If the management doesn’t take this seriously, more patients like me will walk away with nothing but disappointment.

It is a great steps the Shankara Management had taken. We are really helpful.All the staffs here very helpful. I brought my father for the operation in both the eyes and it was done as per the process. We are really appreciate that Shankara eye centre is arranging the camp every year for the needy people which is very commendable. The food they provide is very hygienic and as per the old age people. One more great thing that they provide new blanket as takeaway for each and every patient. I would like to appreciate all the hard working team in Shankara eye centre is doing tremendous job specially the Nurse and the security, they are very disciplined. I recommend people to have this treatment in Shankara. Thank you

During eye 👁️ operation Good support Junior staff and Doctor proper information given before operation but some improvement requirements related discussion counselor. The facility itself is state-of-the-art, equipped with the latest technology to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatments. I underwent cataract surgery, and the entire process was seamless. The surgical team was professional, compassionate, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the procedure. Post-surgery, I experienced minimal discomfort, and my vision has improved significantly! The staff at this hospital is so rude that it's beyond words, especially the reception staff where we have to get a slip made to consult the doctor. They neither respond properly nor behave decently; instead, they act arrogantly. Whenever we visit the hospital, even with an appointment, we are seen at least 2-3 hours after the scheduled time. If we're late by even 5-10 minutes, they scold us for not being on time, but they themselves take out the receipts at their convenience. And even if we arrive early, they don’t attend to us quickly. This hospital seriously needs to give its staff a lesson in manners and how to provide proper service. They don’t even respect elderly people, which is unacceptable. And this is not the first time it has happened. I have been associated with this hospital for the past 4 years, and the only reason I stick with it is because of the doctors, as their treatment is excellent. Otherwise, the rest of the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.
