As a UX Designer with a decade of experience in Customer Experience strategies, I understand how critical efficient service design and patient flow management are in healthcare settings. Unfortunately, my recent visit to SRJ Hospital for my son, Kavitva’s, appointment with Dr. Rishika Mutta ma’am exposed serious inefficiencies in their queue management and communication protocols. Despite multiple inquiries, I received inconsistent updates, experienced prolonged wait times, and witnessed patients who arrived later being seen before us, highlighting a fundamental flaw in their system. That said, I appreciate that the hospital management took the initiative to acknowledge the issue and offer an apology. This demonstrates a willingness to improve, but I strongly encourage them to reassess their patient coordination framework to enhance overall efficiency and transparency. P.S. Thank you for addressing the concern. I look forward to seeing a more structured and patient-friendly system in the future.

My Mom had macular hole surgery in SRJ netralaya. My experience was very good in all aspects. Dr. Kushagra Jain was very polite in explaining and clearing all my doubts. Also the Staff was very helpful. M totally happy with the Hospitality.

It was a really good experience with all the staff and Dr Shivani who did the surgery. All the procedures starting from checkup till post operative care were satisfactory. Highly recommend if you have any eye related issues.

Very unprofessional staff and disappointing experience there, i have been there for my brother's eye check-up, they have shared wrong axis for left eye and we have bought specs from lenskart with exact cylindrical, spherical and axis no. Now my brother is feeling discomfort in left eye and we again went to SRJ netralaya and the staff told us that it's not there fault the lenskart have prepared with wrong PD, and PD has no use in single glass, there other staff is telling the center manager that yes we have checked wrong axis as 10 instead of 180., but the center manager is not accepting there fault. We'll never ever suggest this eye hospital to anyone, it's better to go to local eye doctor rather then to go such unprofessional hospital.

I had a really great experience of getting my both eyes cataract surgery at srj netralaya by Dr. Shivani dixit madam.The whole process was super smooth, shivani mam explain each and evey step very clearly before the surgery and the hospital team was always available whenever needed. They make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Their post op care is also very well managed. Huge thanks to the entire srj netralaya team!

They have a complete set up under one roof.
