Very disappointed with this store. The spectacles are of poor quality and not durable at all. On top of that, the staff is unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. Instead of addressing issues, they insisted we give them a 5-star rating, which is completely undeserved. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I recently visited Titan Eye Plus, Opp. Basketball Complex, and had a great experience! My wife and I were assisted by Optometrist Ruchika Barskar, and we were both genuinely impressed with her professionalism and customer service. Ruchika was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and guided us through the entire process of selecting the right spectacles. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made sure we felt confident and comfortable with our choices. Thanks to her, both of us walked away with specs that perfectly suit our needs.
