Very Disappointed with Lenskart – Poor Lens Quality and No Customer Support I bought two pairs of glasses from Lenskart, including the “Hustler” model. Within a short time of using the first pair, I noticed scratches on the lenses. I ignored it at first, but within six months, the scratches got worse. Thankfully, I had insurance, so I got the lenses replaced. Later, when I started using the second pair, the same issue happened – scratches on the lenses without any rough use. I visited the Lenskart store hoping for a solution, but they simply told me that it’s been over 6 months and the lenses are out of warranty. This is unacceptable. When we buy glasses, the most important part is the lens. What’s the point of fancy frames if the lenses can’t even last a few months? Lenskart needs to seriously improve their lens quality and after-sales support. Very disappointed and won’t recommend to anyone looking for long-lasting eyewear.
