I had an excellent experience at CITY CRITICARE HOSPITAL From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. The doctors and nurses provided top-notch care, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my treatment. The facility was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology. I truly appreciate the dedication and compassion of the entire team. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier to handle

In the name of insurance the hospital charged triple of the actual cost, I was promised that I will not have the post surgery mark as it was cosmetic surgery, this hospital is looting the people. Post surgery doctor went for a vacation, post ointment was not suggested properly, in A category of room the facilities were poor.

The hospital need immediate renovation.no alarm work, ac leakage. Rest all staff and doctor good

I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital, particularly with Dr. Nitin Zabak. The doctor was incredibly rude and showed no empathy towards me as a patient. There was no effort to motivate or comfort me, and the treatment procedures were never clearly explained. It felt like every visit was an attempt to push unnecessary procedures and tests, even for simple cases, just to rack up hospital admission charges. Dr. Zabak also has no respect for patients' time—appointments are consistently delayed without any explanation. This doesn't feel like a place focused on patient care; it feels like a business driven solely by profit. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone seeking genuine medical care!

Nothing fails like success..... I visited hospital for surgery, I asked about charges, it was high but since my family doctor recommended I said okay, I requested to show stay after surgery, I was told about charges, I said can I see, you decide yes or no for surgery, basically manager named Vinaysir or Viveksir was telling me to arrange money from conversation, I met again he told me to bring report, I brought it he was unavailable and number of him is not shared twice, I came for admission Today on 09112024 morning, counter boy doing ten things in between told me to feel form and all after 20minutes something I enquired about room again, he told me I am shifted to ICU, I said but I want to see single sharing double sharing, he said jo rahega woh milega, I said I am not asking about room number, it's room type, he replied same, I said I was told about this options and I want to see it, speak to doctor, I said give me number.... No.... I said you call and connect me.... Negative he was, I left saying I can't do this way, I came back home with breakfast and called my family at village, Guy found one doctor I spoke at reception and somewhat, after that I got call from lady from city criticare saying, we have room (room or bed I don't know surely) for you, still same after one hour also main thing is ignored "Single Sharing or Double Sharing".... I said I am doing it in gujrat..... On 7th I spoke with manager I said my family can't stay with me so I will get my cousin can he leave after signing the documents.... He said okay we will try asap, yesterday doctor said no he needs to stay till 2pm..... Pathetic agonising experience I have and I don't know many more attitude and language related complaints.... I got number of doctor somehow who was taking my fitness or some test today and I told him today's experience..... He said I am consulting one so I can't do anything..... This doctor also denied to share name or number for problem solving after this I got call from hospital from one lady which was not addressing actual issue..... So I feel they have no sympathy or anything for comfort of patient..... Charges and facilities are for their needs not for patients requirement.... Pleasing experience for staff and nightmare for patients will not be exaggerated line I feel

I learnt today that Dr Nitin zabak attended a female patient twice without having a female nurse presence while treating her during sonography and removing stitches. This patient was very uncomfortable both the times and she did not mention about it to anybody. It is extremely shameful and sad to have such irresponsible doctors among us!!!

I have been operated for Breast Abscess and my entire course of treatment for more than one and half years journey. I have founded very good service with sweet gesture from all staff along with Dr. Nitin Zabak (city criticare hospital). It is one of best hospital located in kalyan west.

Dr Nitin Zabak is really great Doctor. They are very fast in taking decision. My grandmother was under his treatment and they took desicion of Operation in 5 min and did in next Half hour. I have never seen this type of doctor. Nitin sir you are really Great!!
