My mother had swelling in the retina of her left eye. We visited the eye hospital, and Dr. Tiwari examined her thoroughly. He suggested an injection to reduce the swelling. Two days ago, a grinder particle accidentally entered my left eye, making it red and very painful. I visited Kalyan Eye Retina Care Centre, where the doctor skillfully and gently removed the particle. The service was excellent, and the staff was very kind and supportive. Now, I feel much better. Highly recommended for eye care!

Pros: 1. The doctor provides valuable advice. 2. The consultation fee is reasonably priced at ₹300 per visit. 3. There is ample seating available, comfortably accommodating up to 20 patients. Cons: 1. The receptionist requires training in patient interaction as her behavior was rude and intolerable. 2. The doctor’s attitude appeared unprofessional. According to the receptionist, the doctor consistently arrives at 6:30 PM, despite the clinic's official hours being 6:00–9:00 PM. While this delay might be understandable if patient inflow is slow early on, there were already 10 patients waiting when I arrived at 6:15 PM. 3. On one occasion, at 8:15 PM, with over 10 patients waiting, the doctor was leisurely having dinner instead of attending to the patients.

I had cataract surgery for both my eyes, with a gap of 15 days between each operation. Both surgeries went very smoothly. I am very happy with the results. My vision has improved a lot compared to before. I am truly thankful to the doctor and the entire hospital team for their excellent care and support.
