Poor management and terrible service. I was told that the eye specialist doctor is available between 10.00 am to 12.00 pm. Went there at 11.00 am in the morning, prepared papers and paid the fees. But the doctor came to OPD after 4.00 pm. Waiting 5 hours in the hospital for the doctor for a 5 minute checkup. And no staff was aware of the doctor's whereabouts. They have no idea when the the doctor will be available for the OPD. Talked to the manager but even the manager was not having any clue whether the doctor is present at the hospital or not. Fees is less but the service is unbearable. No respect for patients' time. Go there for eye checkup if you have a full day to waste.

अतिशय अप्रतिम कार्य(समाजकार्य) करीत आहात. डोळे तपासणी पद्धत अतिशय सुंदर आहे, रुग्ण यांना त्वरित सहकार्य केले जाते, प्रचंड मोठी गर्दी असुनही सर्व कर्मचारी यांची वागणूक अतिशय सुंदर आहे.
